I've seen this come up at Debconf 4, during the DPL debates last year,
and probably has happened a number of other times. You've apparantly
been involved in discussions on this several times over the years. It
appears as if this issue isn't going to solve itself as years have
passed with no progress. My guess is that it requires leadership to
make it happen. Do you think you would provide that leadership
Do any of the candidates think that they would, or is this an issue
that will have to wait for someone else to take it on? If it should be
someone other than the DPL, why?
