I believe anyone can *contribute* to that page; what you are upset
about is that not everyone is *on topic*. You are free to suggest
other women to be profiled; other questions to be asked; and the
like. Nor are you restricted from creating men.alioth.debian.org.
Once again, your complaint is about a topic restriction, not a
restriction on who is allowed to address that topic.
