Yes, to both. I think my platform makes my opinions in this respect
fairly cleary.

In the case of the complaints being reasonable, I would contact the
delegate and discuss the issue with them. In the absence of a reasonable
solution, I would start looking into the possibility of appointing extra
people to the role to deal with communication. That's not something that
could happen overnight, but I think it's the most practical answer.

Currently, this role would appear to fall to the DPL. In future, it
might be worthwhile delegating the role to someone else.
