	It depends on how anal one wants to be. By that token, last
 year we were in violation of the constitution since we started two
 weeks late; this year we are back on schedule. 

	If there is strong sentiment that vdale ought to get his full
 years worth, we may have the new DPL's term start on the 10th.

	If there is strong sentiment that we must need follow the
 letter of the constitution, and the nomination really start on
 thursday, there is no skin off my nose.

feature, n: A surprising property of a program.  Occasionaly
documented.  To call a property a feature sometimes means the author
did not consider that case, and the program makes an unexpected,
though not necessarily wrong response.  See BUG.  "That's not a bug,
it's a feature!"  A bug can be changed to a feature by documenting it.
