Note also:  to answer this question properly, he'd have to go back and
study woody do a fair bit of the work of release management -- not just
once but for each of the proposals.  And that's after deciding where in
the woody release process these GRs would have been approved.  And that
ignores the time element (what he'd do the first day?  what he'd do over
the first month?  What he'd do over the course of a year?  Given what
assumptions about what everyone else is doing?)

Or do you just want a superficial off-the-cuff answer which doesn't
really mean anything?

Or do you just want him to restate his opinion that the new social
contract forbids some interpretations which were ok under the old version?
