Before we can vote, we need the opinion of the Release Manager.

The main reason we are discussing this so-called 'Sarge GR' is because
we failed to gather his opinion, when discussing the previous one, on
whether the GR would affect Sarge.

We should absolutly avoid to repeat this mistake this time.

So before we can vote, we need, for each of the ballots options, the opinion
of the Release Manager on their effects on Sarge release.

If the Release Manager do not want to comment, then I am not sure there
is any point to vote since we will be left in uncertainty anyway. We
should rather start to modify our packages to fit the SC instead, at
least this would give us some certainty on Sarge release.

Cheers,
Bill
