Because [1]spamassassin is in volatile-sloppy not in volatile.
SpamAssassin 3.1.x will break compatibility with 3.0.x, our
main goal is "do no harm", so for the ones more adventurous we have
volatile-sloppy, and you should use a [2]different line in your
sources.list.
1. http://volatile.debian.net/debian-volatile/dists/sarge/volatile-sloppy/main/binary-i386/Packages
2. deb http://<your-favorite-mirror>/debian-volatile/ sarge/volatile-sloppy main contrib
