It's inelegant, but:

  awk '/^Package: / { print $2 }' /var/lib/apt/lists/*volatile*

is one way to find out.

For my woody box this shows:

  whois

and for sarge:

  f-prot-installer
  clamav
  clamav-base
  clamav-daemon
  clamav-data
  clamav-docs
  clamav-freshclam
  clamav-milter
  clamav-testfiles
  jwhois
  libclamav-dev
  libclamav1
  postgrey
