Hi,
It is hard for us to help you unless you give us accurate details.
It is hard for us to help you if we do not know exactly what computer you
are using. "ThinkCentre" is not enough information.
Please tell us the model number of the computer.
Here are instructions how to find it:
https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht510152-how-to-find-serial-numbers-pc
Here is a video how to boot a ThinkCentre PC from a USB drive:

Please try to do all of the steps in the video, and if anything is
different or does not work for you then tell us exactly what is different.
It is hard for us to help you based on vague statements like "nothing
works" and "it says no files to load".
If you see any failure message then please tell us EXACTLY what the entire
message says, and at what step in the process.
Let us know how you go, good luck.
