On Trixie, there isn't any such package:

hobbit:~$ apt-cache search libreoffice hyphen-en
hyphen-en-us - English (US) hyphenation patterns
hyphen-en-gb - English (GB) hyphenation patterns
hobbit:~$ apt-cache show hyphen-en-au
N: Can't select versions from package 'hyphen-en-au' as it is purely virtual
N: No packages found

Looking at <https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=hyphen-en-au>
also says there's no such package, and hasn't ever been one in recent
years.
