2008, 17 years old. Most looks fine: exceptions for the absence of any DP
connections, and the claim ports other than LVDS-1 are empty. I don't have
anything that age with any DP ports to test with.

Does xrandr show any other connectors besides LVDS? Is DisplayPort
or DP listed as any part in 'ls -gGh /sys/class/drm/card*' output?

Above FTR is from my oldest NVidia card with DisplayPorts, 2 generations
newer than yours, and only outputs are those two DPs.

Are there any disturbing graphics messages in dmesg or
'sudo journalctl -b -p3 --no-hostname'?
If you have Xorg.0.log[.old] containing more than two (EE) lines in /var/log/ or ~/.local/share/xorg/ please use pastebinit to share.

You could try to force enabling a DP-1 to show up by adding to your
bootloader's linu line thus:

	video=DP-1:e

See: https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/fb/modedb.txt for video= details.
Based upon what follows below, I suspect because it's a Mac this won't work.

I just gave some outside the box thought to this. I may have a related problem
with a 27" 2560x1440 2012 iMac bought this past spring that I've hardly used. It
has a Kepler, same age as the NVidia above, with two outputs labeled thunderbolt.
Trying to use it with the mini-DP/TB port connected to a 1680x1050 Dell's DP
input is turning off the 27" screen if I switch to any of the vtty's not using
X — /if/ I have included an otherwise valid video= parameter on the bootloader
linu line like works on all PCs I've ever used. Anyway FTR comparison:

This may be something that will need a bug report filed to fix. If it
worked with pure Debian FOSS before the "upgrade", it should still work. :P
