For two days I've been trying every command and solution to connect to a shared folder from Windows 10 to LMDE, but to no avail. Regardless of the Samba configuration, I can access the shared folder, but the authorization process isn't complete. Basically, I see the shared resource in the Windows console, but it doesn't appear in "This PC." Do you have a solution?

I think to have that samba share actually show up in 'This PC', you'll need to open 'This PC' in windows explorer and somewhere in the menu along the top, find 'Map network drive'. In there you can give it the url of your samba share and the username, password credentials.
