Compiling issues with kernel 6.5 >

Has anyone else had any issues with compiling a kernel 6.5 and higher?

I was about to compile 6.1.58 without any issues. I did do my research and downloaded the dependencies outlined here: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/admin-guide/README.html

I even looked at the error log and can't make any heads or tails of it.
