Remove mod_python

$ sudo apt purge libapache2-mod-python

no reason to use it in 2022.

Frankly, I see no reason to use apache for python either: I recommend python application server (gunicorn or uwsgi) and light frontend like nginx or lighthttpd to terminate HTTPS and serve static files.

You can connect them using FastCGI or HTTP.
