Was the 730 in the old motherboard, or a replacement? If replacement, what was the
old GPU? Do /etc/X11/xorg.conf or files with strings device, monitor and/or screen
in their names in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ exist?

Which are you running KDE in, Xorg, or Wayland? Try the other.

Start by making sure firmware-linux-free is installed, then giving enough
information for us to have something to work from. Upload the whole Xorg.0.log
using pastebinit (apt install pastebinit first if necessary) and provide the
resulting URL. Also apt install inxi xdpyinfo, then copy & paste here output from
inxi -SGayz.
