What you might need (or desire) to do is uninstall a package
(xserver-xorg-video-nouveau). Most likely, all FOSS drivers applicable to that GPU
were installed by default. Without (previously requested) information, we can only
speculate. Please post URL resulting from:

	cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log | pastebinit

if /var/log/Xorg.0.log exists, and if not, but ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log
does, then:

	cat ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log | pastebinit
