Hi Sriram,

There's no specific support for any desktop in the netinst size file.
As mentioned in one of the other replies to this thread - it's too big
for a CD now and, given the usage of these and the effort of producing
and testing images the media release team have cut down on the number of
discrete images produced for Bullseye [Debian 11] and going forward.

You can grab a netinst and isntall any desktop you want. You can grab a DVD
size image and should be able to install xfce without any further network 
access. If a DVD image is too big to download in and of itself, there are
tools like jigdo which will allow you to build the media images from 
individual packages - but require some network access.

If your network aaccess is severely limited, you may need to think carefully
about how you use Debian - security updates come out regularly, for example.
