why network fails in bullseye

it's fresh install of bullseye for amd64

i run "ifup wlp3s4":

run-parts: /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/wpasupplicant exited with return code 1
ifup: failed to bring up wlp3s4

here is part of my interfaces

allow-hotplug wlp3s4

iface wlp3s4 inet dhcp
        wpa-ssid ice2

        wpa-psk ab123456

i have no problem with bullseye for i386
