How are you installing Debian 11?
What file are you using to install from?
if the install has completeed: can you show us the /etc/apt/sources.list file
please.
Sometimes, if you use just a CD / DVD image to install Debian, and do
not use the network, the only entry refers to the CD or DVD.
Any extra information you can give may be helpful.
