Don't get me wrong: like many other things, offensive languages is a serious one. But, instead of helping, I think that you are in fact minimizing its gravity with such exaggerated actions.

I for one, have never in my life thought of alcohol when I saw a variable named "foobar". That is ... until I saw your post today :) .

What's next? Should we also file a ticket to ban "chocolate bar".
Or maybe we should ban mathematics completely from computing, since the "bar" symbol is a frequently used one there?
