Mystery solved: apt-cacher-ng used /var/cache/apt-cacher-ng instead of /export/cache/apt-cacher-ng I had configured some time ago. I flushed the wrong cache directory. Apparently a merge problem for /etc/apt-cacher-ng/acng.conf at upgrade time. My bad. Regards Harri
