Errors look similar but I'm not an expert. Some numbers are different.

I think it started after installing HPE Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331T Adapter. This is server adapter end requires PCIe pin B5 and B6 covering to disconnect SMBus

That is an interesting bit of information. Why do you think it requires that and what is the reason behind it?

This network adapter uses "tg3" driver and its version (3.137) from kernel 4.19.0-13-amd64 could have problems according to HP advisory. [1]
You should check out support section of HPE web site, there could be firmware updates for your network adapter. [2]

If your server is not at remote location, you can temporarily blacklist "tg3" module to prevent it from loading and see if your system will still get similar errors without 331T adapter.
