Based on searching for 'vblank wait timed out on crtc', I find a number of bug reports about this, of which the most relevant seems to be: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93782 If that's this same thing, then this only happens with certain hardware, was introduced in a 4.x kernel version, and was fixed in January of 2019 for kernel version 5.0. I *think* it should be harmless, but if not, you'll have to upgrade to a sufficiently newer kernel version to get the fix. -- The Wanderer The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
