thanks! buster use  allow-hotplug, not auto
i'm not sure if allow-hotplug work better than auto

wifi signal is good but sometime internet connection isn't
because ip hasn't been assigned to debian by phone

Try replacing "auto" by "allow-hotplug". The former acts
only at boot, the latter when the interface is detected.
