This shouldn't be hard. It's an Intel PC with an EFI boot
system. Installing from a Debian netinstall CD 

https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-9.9.0-amd64-netinst.iso

should work pretty well. Directions in general at

https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/
