ath10k driver generates kernel oops?
It has happened several times that my wifi didn't work after starting.
When I look at the dmesg output I see an error which looks like a kernel
oops, except for the fact that the word oops is not used:

I have searched for this issue in the bug tracker at
https://www.debian.org/Bugs/#pkgreport. However I couldn't find another
issue regarding ath10k. Did I search badly, or is this issue not yet
known? If so, should I report this with a package of
linux-image-4.19.0-6-amd64, or firmware-atheros?
