LTSP with Gnome

Hi everyone

I'm using a Jessie-based LTPS server in a school. It works without any
problems for years. But now I need to switch to Buster.

On the server: no problem

On clients: everything works with Mate, KDE, Xfce, LXDE ... but if the
user selects a Gnome session (any variant) there is only a black screen
after login.

The problem is not user-dependent and there are no specific errors in
the logs.

Some idea?

Thank you

NDB. All clients are FAT client. amd64.
