yes, that's why i ask this question.

The initrd.gz from iso can't locate iso file, but i can. how can let
the install process know where the iso file is.

IIRC and although it did not change with Buster, the initrd.gz in installation images does not include the loop module either. So it is not able be able to mount an ISO image.
