the jessie is installed via network in less than 1 month ago

i mean the jessie is rather new

i've just tried jessie network installer

it lets me load  firmware for rt3070 from a usb stick and it works!! i mean it can connect to AP and download from mirror

i notice its device name is wlan0, not wlan1

i may have to reinstall jessie??

  can you use a more recent updated kernel (perhaps via backports)?

i'm not sure it would help or that one exists, but with a more

recent hardware item that would be what i'd try first.
