But whats next, have tried cd to buid-area folder, containg the deb files, and "dpkg -i *.deb", but leaves unconfigured packages and other issues.

As a prerequsite I did the same as required for 375.66 (above on the page)
Add "contrib" and "non-free" components to /etc/apt/sources.list, for example:
# Debian 9 "Stretch"
deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian/ stretch main contrib non-free
And also on deb-src
