there is this message at the end of the webpage :
"The last update was on 23:20 GMT Thu Nov 09. There are 348 messages. Page 1 of 1."
It used to be refreshed every 20 minutes but it doesn't seem to work anymore.
I tried Ctrl+F5 in Firefox and tried another laptop but it changed nothing.
