Is this a bug?

Hi folks, 

tried to reread all the menus in plasma5 and used

kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental

but got this output:

kbuildsycoca5 running...
The desktop entry file "/usr/share/applications/kde/kresources.desktop" has 
Type= "Application" but also has a X-KDE-Library key. This works for now, but 
makes user-preference handling difficult, so support for this might be removed 
at some point. Consider splitting it into two desktop files.
kf5.kservice.sycoca: The menu spec file contains a Layout or DefaultLayout tag 
without the mandatory Merge tag inside. Please fix your file.

Is this a bug? Or do I have to do something?
