I'd start with:

mpv tv:// --no-tv-audio

mpv tv:// --tv-device=/dev/video0 --no-tv-audio

mpv tv:// --tv-device=/dev/video1 --no-tv-audio

mpv tv:// --tv-device=/dev/video2 --no-tv-audio

mpv tv:// --tv-device=/dev/video3 --no-tv-audio

If either of these show something - you're in luck, you hardware is
supported, etc.
If not - I'm out of ideas, sorry.
