Nvidia 340 is still in Jessie as package nvidia-driver but it is also in
jessie-backports as package nvidia-legacy-340xx-driver. Here's what my
system tells:

$ apt-cache policy '^nvidia-(legacy-[0-9]+xx-)?driver$'

nvidia-driver:
  Installed: 367.57-2~bpo8+1
  Candidate: 367.57-2~bpo8+1
  Version table:
