You get these warning because the hardware has a Broadcom ethernet
controller which uses the tg3 module and this module declares it may
need these firmwares :

# modinfo -F firmware tg3
tigon/tg3_tso5.bin
tigon/tg3_tso.bin
tigon/tg3.bin

However your Broadcom ethernet controller may not need any of them, or
optionally use one to enable some offload functions.

An aptitude search doesn't turn up anything.
These files are included in the package firmware-linux-nonfree from the
non-free section.
