this is false statement

it means it has initialized the BT subsystem(s)

try bluetoothctl
        list
        devices

check if the rfkill switch is enabled
try rfkill all
        rfkill bluetooth

on my older D530 it was ALT+F2 or F5 (cant recall) to enable disable the
wireless (wlan/BT)
