the simple way is to use the forst dvd

that allows both 32 bits and 64 bits installs



I am using Pentium 4 CPU 3.2GHz and 3 GB of Ram & 32 bit computer. I
run both Window xp & Windows 7 on it & have 80 GB hard disk drive.



80 gb is not large, but you need not more than 10Gb for debian (at first).
Better begin to make room on the disk with windows 7 (make any partition smaller with the disk manager, and let some free space on the disk (10Gb recommended), Debian installer will find it)
just be cautious when debian ask you to partition the disk not to erase any windows partition 

you can also if you have a fast internet use the small image here:

you can even write them to a floppy and boot from there then choose debian
be aware that isos have to be written specially to any disk, dvd or usb device (for usb, use "rufus" on widows)

If possible after moving everything in My Documents and your favorites to Windows 7, erase Windows xp since web sites are starting to block windows xp as has been the case with windows 98se. Too many security problems with xp and though Debian can be used to clean many of them up with clamav and other malware protection packages with Windows xp you'll be playing whackamole.
