1. You just echoed the whole 37 kilobyte daily digest post back to the

2. If you look at the headers (since the digest doesn't seem to contain
the list servers address) you should find this line:
List-Unsubscribe:
<mailto:debian-user-request@lists.debian.org?subject=unsubscribe>
All on one line, my email agent word wraps.
A simple mail as shown above should suffice BUT you must send a reply
(click reply, then click send) to the confirmation message the server
will send you. IOW you must prove you are you.
