Does anyone has an idea about how to resolve this issue?

wiki.debian.org reports Error 403 Forbidden, You are now allowed to access this.

I use internet from my college network, via campus proxy servers and url filters.

I did sent a mail to wiki.debian.org 17 hours ago, but had no response.

Being a debian user, there are times when I need to access Debian Wiki badly, and don't like fetching cached copies from Google. :(
