Well, that's how it's supposed to be in the first place:

| $ dpkg -S /usr/bin/wish /usr/bin/wish8.6
| tk: /usr/bin/wish
| tk8.6: /usr/bin/wish8.6
| $ file /usr/bin/wish
| /usr/bin/wish: symbolic link to wish8.6
`----
Something must have deleted the /usr/bin/wish symlink.
