Some users where quite adamant, that they needed it. You can mask the unit via $ systemctl mask hwclock-save.service [1] https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=755722 -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
