No, not relevant. This is for the next Debian release, Codename
"Jessie".

Wheezy uses the old SystemV init system with the normal /etc/inittab.

Via inittab. I have several systems where mgetty is used and it runs
perfectly fine on Wheezy via /etc/inittab.
