Assuming that your charity is legally recognized (e.g. incorporated), your charity has something very valuable to offer in exchange for donated servers:
1. A receipt for tax purposes; and2. A public "thank you" message (charity newsletter, web site, lobby posters, etc.) with a non-revocable, perpetual license for the donor to copy and use as they see fit (e.g. good citizenship marketing).
Write up the above opportunity and mail it to all of the charity's members and sponsors, include it with your charity's recruiting literature, and post it publicly (e.g. web site, Craig's List, etc.).
