the amd64 ISO is not recognized. The amd64 version is on the same

of disc is not the issue. Any help on this?

Did you do a checksum of the downloaded ISO images to verify that they are good? Did you do a checksum of the discs after burning them?

http://ark.intel.com is down right now, but Amazon indicates that the Pentium E5300 processor is 64-bit. So, Debian amd64 should work.

It would help if you provided the make and model of your computer or motherboard, and any expansion cards.
