Re: Fwd: Error: failed to fetch from registry: kanso
Re-posting to the list where this belongs.
Please don't post to me, I subscribe to the list.
Did you think I'd secretly assist you?? :/

This is *debian*-users.list
You are not running Debian, please post your questions to the
appropriate list. Ubuntu is *not* Debian - some of it was, once, but no
more - if you are so desperate for assistance consider changing your
support request technique (don't top post, plain text, supply
information, provide requested logs, learn about spam etc), or change to
a distro that works for you.
Post this information to a *Ubuntu* list and they should help, consider
including the debug log instead of just an error report that refers to
it (I asked you as well).
Ubuntu uses a version of nm which is too old for what you want to do -
if it was Debian (it's not) you'd just pin stable and pull from
Wheezy-backports and Jessie.
Once you update Ubuntu and install a modern version of nm, then couchdb
you'll find those missing registry errors go away.
