I saw this problem at the PC of a customer, not on other PC's.

I did this:
apt-get purge pepperflashplugin-nonfree
apt-get install pepperflashplugin-nonfree
And it worked again.

But maybe try this:
update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --status

And when needed:
update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install
