Tried "gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys B5D0C804ADB11277" and it pulled
down the "Etch Stable Release Key <debian-release@lists.debian.org>" key.

$ gpg --fingerprint ADB11277
pub   1024D/ADB11277 2006-09-17
      Key fingerprint = 7EA3 91D7 2477 203B 58C0  4FBC B5D0 C804 ADB1 1277
uid Etch Stable Release Key <debian-release@lists.debian.org>

Should be what you're looking for.
