It is actually quite easy - edit your
/etc/apt/sources.list so that it contains line
(you have to be root to do so (or use sudo)):
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian sid main contrib non-free
# [ftp address may be slightly different depending on your preferences]
And then you just:
$ sudo aptitude update ; sudo aptitude install flashplugin-nonfree
