I'm running now 3.10-2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.10.7-1 (2013-08-17) x86_64
GNU/Linux kernel.
The 3.9 kernel is not a stable version, I think.
I tried out the 3.9 kernel too, and have been uninstalled it right
away.
