Burning files to a dvd is not working

On a new computer, I have tried to burn the files in
a directory to a dvd with

genisoimage -R ./mntpoint | wodim -v fs=6m speed=2 -

(something like this [based on the wodim documentation]
worked on a previous machine when I was burning CD's.
I've also tried specifying dev=/dev/dvdrw, which
doesn't work either.

Below the output I've been getting. Thanks as
always for any help.
